my AC adapter for my laptop- the wire finally broke!

no I don't have the $ to replace it.

I will ask a friend- i have tools to cut and re-ewire it -- if he thinks it's possible. ANother friend said sometimes Apple stuff is proprietary so i might not be able to re-wire it. Big FUCKING SIGH

So almost all of my options for a ride to the airport or a couch to crash on downtown the night before my flight haven't panned out. Everyone I've asked so far seems to be away or busy that night. I know it's a first world problem to have, and my diamond shoes are too damn tight, but this is frustrating.

I'm going thru my FB friends list to remind me of friends who live in the downtown or airport areas so I can give them a call and ask.
