Observations from VH1 this morning...........

Three things:

The Stone Temple Pilots' Video "Interstate Love Song" was filmed on the Million Dollar Hotel.:eyebrow: :eek: :shifty: :der:


The lead singer from Train has Bono characteristics (which I think he is doing purposely) in the video for "Drops of Jupiter".
His movements with the mic are sooooo Bonoesque.
Especially when compared with Beautiful Day (which later came on). :macdevil: :macdevil:

As I was watching Beautiful Day, I couldn't help but think of all those video bloopers. I started laughing when I saw Bono go through the revolving door:laugh: :lol:


Thing I realized while typing this post:
The last four letters in "Devil" spell "evil"...........:macdevil:

Oh, good, so I'm not the only one who's been annoyed by this? Are they suffering from lack of programming or what? They could play VIDEOS or Behind the Music or something, couldn't they?
 
VH-1 has really, really gone downhill recently. It used to love it but now that it is owned by the same company as MTV it has gotten almost as brainless and sleazy as that channel. I was flipping through channels this evening and they were - I kid you not - showing what appeared to be a "documentary" on male prostitutes (or escorts, the phrase they used). Uh, what does that have to do with music? And when they do actually show Behind the Music episodes anymore it always seems to be about some rap artist or Cher or Celine Dion. :yuck: They still show videos in the morning, which is nice to watch when I'm getting ready for work - but it always seems like they show all crappy ones for the 15 or 20 minutes I have it on - like this morning, when they had Creed's "Last Breath" or whatever their latest video is. (Sorry Creed fans, I don't like them.) I have to give VH-1 credit because they have given a lot of love and airplay to U2, but as for the rest of their programming...:yuck: :yuck: :yuck: :censored:

So so true. Heh, last year on the first day of school I was watching the music videos in the morning and they showed Walk On and Elevation. I think thats the only way I was able to get threw the day.

VH1 has gone down hill. Everyday its also B.I.G. and Tupac and what not.

Scott Stapp scares me :uhoh:

So does the guy from train :shifty:
