just under $18 but $13 of that was shipping!
it did come exceptionally well if not overly packaged though...

however may i just point out that the cover picture alone is worth every penny!

I found Blender and Vanity Fair in Walden Books, but no Q yet

I ordered Black Book over the internet - haven't gotten it yet, but I see that they did charge my credit card so hopefully it's on its way.
