New & Improved PLEBA Glossary: Now with Tearaway Pants!

Version 3.0 of the Glossary is now up. It's fairly complete now.

There's about 16 new entries, including the MacPhisto Society, Gina Marie's "Odes," and Larry's Tear-Away Pants! How could we have FORGOTTEN that one!

Disco addressed the issue of posting pictures in the glossary. Unfortunately, you can't. This does make it a bit harder to understand the terms like "Elevated" and "Cardboard Adam" but it's not a hopeless case:

If there's a term that you think could be better explained with a picture, just reply to this post (or e-mail me at bobtherobot@hotmail.com) with a link I can post to that pic. If you can, make it a link that is more or less "permament," i.e. someone looking up the glossary a month from now wont be faced with a hundred links to "404 Not Found."

I think you should add the "Melpop roll" to the glossary. Melpop (Interference member,real name Melissa) is the first girl who got to "roll" onstage with Bono ,in Montreal,during THE FLY.I think she deserves to be in the glossary.

Ok Echo, Here's the definition for me...

Bonavoix: A Larry girl, a MacPhisto girl but most of all a hard core Bono girl. She comes from the back of Larry's bike on occasion and most of all, Bono's dressing room.

I dunno... if you can come up with something better, Echo, or if any of you think this is stupid and have suggestions, feel free... thanks.

Cardboard Adam:

When U2 held a press conference announcing the Elevation Tour, Adam Clayton wasn't there. So they had a life-size cardboard stand-up of Adam behind them as they answered questions.

(But you have to admit, Adam sometimes looks a bit stiff and two-dimensional in photographs even when he IS there...)
