Yup....Brian is gone. We spent 3 brilliant weeks and now we are more in love than ever before. He's gonna come back in December and then I'm flying to Dublin next February or March...wohooo!

God...long distance relationships are so hard...somedays it's not so bad, but someday's it's just horrible. I've been crying everynight this week just because I'm so lonely for John. We aren't planning on being able to see each other until May. It's really hard. At least we have our daily phone calls so I can hear his voice...but sometimes that makes me cry because it reminds me how I have this sweet, wonderful man, but I never get to see him. When you are far apart though, you really get to appreciate each other more.

Anyway, those are nice pics, Flavia...the two of you make a cute couple.

John's having problems with his leg too, and he had to go to the hospital for an MRI (or whatever they are called) earlier tonight...we won't find out the results until like Tuesday. I wish I was there to take care of him...it's so frustrating!

anyway, i'm sorry you have to wait so long before seeing brian again. there's not really any advice i can give, it's just lots of hard work, trying to think about it so you can look forward to it, but then trying not to at the same time so you're not all depressed thinking how long it will be. but trust me, one day you'll look at the calendar and realize it's a month, 2 weeks, a week, 3 days, etc. until you get to see him again.

I would like to show you a pic of my "baby". he's been working so hard at school this year and being a darlin' in general, so he got his wish, a hairstyle like Rob Flynn. It was a big weekend, his dad bought him home the Logic Platinum and Acid programs, so he can record his songs at home. I took the pic of his first lesson. he said to me yesterday..."U know what you need to go with that Acid program?....lots and lots and LOTS of time( and electricity) to experiment." He SO wants to be a musician, it doesn't come naturally I'm sorry to say, it will require sheer hard work.
