no he's not a friend of mine, although i've talked with him (er, sort of- see my providence halloween story). AJ's part security, part bono's assistant (ie, he moves the microphone back to center stage after bono moves it, he follows bono around the heart, etc.). he's irish and VERY funny- usually making fun of bono's height or receding hairline or something. rumor has it that he can get away with all this because he's bono's cousin....

anyway, you got a couple of funny photos of him! (he's the bald guy wearing the black headphones.) thanks again for posting your photos!

i agree- i want that job, too! the only better job would be that of the woman in the Rattle n' Hum video; you know, the one who takes off bono's sweaty shirt in between concert sets and helps him put on a clean one.... she is one lucky lady!! lol!!!

Sula, YOU ROCK, dontcha know!!! GREAT pics, and hey! I can see Mrs. Edge's sign! (4 a Change: Ballet + belly + me = dancing for U2!)

and even part of mine (the bright green one). Bono and Edge did the bullfight thing RIGHT in front of us, I thought I was going to pass out I was so amazed!
