Lookin' for the face I had before the world was ma
Darlings, this is dedicated to all of you. Things have been pretty crazy around here. And, don't know about you, but things have also been pretty hectic in my personal life. I'm so thankful for all the friendships I've formed on this board

Thank you all for your love and support. I only hope that I've been able to do some of the same for you. Thank you all! I've got quite a bit to post so forgive me...this is a celebration of so many things...your friendships, people graduating high school and college, all of us coming together here, my twins visiting me, and lives completely changed by the power of a single band who has changed the world...for all of these things and so many more, I pray that you all stay...

Forever Young

May God bless and keep you always,
May your wishes all come true,
u2laugh.jpg

May you always do for others
And let others do for you.

May you build a ladder to the stars
And climb on every rung,

May you stay forever young,
Forever young, forever young,
May you stay forever young.

Lord Caversham: Why don't you try to do something useful in life?
Lord Goring: I am far too young.
Lord Caversham: I hate this affectation of youth, sir. It is a great deal too prevalent nowadays.
Lord Goring: Youth isn't affectation. Youth is an art.

Remeber that we all only have so many

Seasons of Love

Five hundred twenty-five thousand six hundred minutes,
five hundred twenty-five thousand moments so dear.
Five hundred twenty-five thousand six hundred minutes,
how do you measure- measure a year?
In daylights, in sunsets,
in midnights, in cups of coffee,
in inches, in miles,
in laughter, in strife?
In five hundred twenty-five thousand six hundred minutes
how do you measure a year in the life?

How about love?
How about love?
How about love?
Measure in love.
Seasons of love,
seasons of love.

Five hundred twenty-five thousand six hundred minutes,
five hundred twenty-five thousand journeys to plan.
Five hundred twenty-five thousand six hundred minutes,
how do you measure the life of a woman or man?

In truths that she learned
or in times that he cried?
In bridges he burned
or the way that she died?

It's time now, to sing out
though the story never ends.
Let's celebrate,
remember a year in the life of friends.

Remember the love.
Remember the love.
Remember the love.
Measure in love.

Measure, measure your life in love.
Seasons of love,
seasons of love...

Oh sugar, don't you cry
Oh child, wipe the tears from your eyes
You know I need you to be strong
And the day is as dark as the night is long
Feel like trash, you make me feel clean
I'm in the black, can't see or be seen

Beautiful post, Hippy. I love all the baby U2, and your choice of songs. (((PLEBA)))

I used to think
As birds take wing
They sing through life so why can't we?

?Poetry doesn?t belong to those who write it; it belongs to those who need it.?

YAY twin! Pretty!
And I sorry about the not being around... of course, I'm only on now at like midnight cos I clog up the phone line otherwise. Phooey.\

On a twin-related note (everyone else: *skips this part*), my computer I had at school officially crapped out. It is in the clutches of circuit city... along with my Zooropa cd in the cd drive AND the two October concerts I downloaded that I was going to burn today. So I don't get to watch the bouncing fro for a bit... and that also means you probably won't get to either twin :-( until I mail it to you. They said 10-14 days, so it won't be back before I leave unless a miracle happens. Oh, they ALSO made me sign a waiver saying if they erase my hard drive that I won't get mad. So the fro may not come back in one piece...
*cries*

you know you're obsessed when your computer dies and the first thing you think is "NO!! THE FRO!!!!"

Success is not about how much money you have, the size of your house, or who you know. It's all about how cool your pants are.

thank you to all the people who welcomed me so nicely when i was new, and continue to care about my opinion and laugh at my lame jokes...

in conclusion, college...pleba...lame jokes.
