dunno if you know/knew her..or if you care much..but I was just wondering since its been in the news the past few days.
A hs Senior is seeking $50,000 for this
This girl lives 5 minutes from my folks place. She's trying to sue for that much $ mainly b/c it can impact what college she gets into in case she were to get a Cheerleading scholarship. On the radio the talk was about why the a case like this is taking up the time of the courts (and not more public-concerned type cases), lol.
