He's lost weight too - all that toning up stretches the skin tighter ... smoking dries it out, and he's skinnied down since 2000. I mean, I know he's always been very slim, but I think he's been hitting the gym harder since the Elevation tour. Started noticing that around a couple of Meteor Awards ago.
He looks fantastic, but yes, no longer the 'baby face' of a 20 yo. I think it seriously suits him - he looks just that wee bit meaner!

I love Pop-Larry with the scruff...nice...I also like this new look he's trying. Those short spikes are the same haircut my little brothers had when they were 5...definitely not for most men, so I'm glad to see him getting away from that.
