Look at his face, it's so much more mature. So are his arms. His hair is much shorter, it was never that short in the UF days.

Here is a pic of youthful UF Bono to compare, beard or no beard it's NOT him.

I would date the top pic to about the time of the 1994 Grammy Awards.
