You have to copy the entire URL not just te first two lines.

meh.... I've always thought these were pants he rolled up so he wouldn't get them wet.

The one shorts picture I was thinking of and it's soooo hard to really see it (the bootlegged copy of the video that's been going around for years is a horrid copy and it's very hard to get a clear image)... but this is what I was thinking it was:

OK.... in order to satisfy my curiosity, I went ahead and watched the US festival on my big fat uber cool TV. And I went armed with my digital camera.

The copy I have of the video isn't that great, but since my TV is uber cool, I was able to pause and slow-mo a lot of stuff.
