nah, not yet i took some more today,,,,mostly of The Edge, a good one of Larry exitin in his mercedes ( coolest man ever ), some good ones of Bono, slightly obstructed by the F****** sun !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!sumad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: !!!

im leaving my home at 3.30am to queue up outside Waterstones in Picadilly tomorrow, where I hope to take loads more!!

This is excess, too much U2 is not enough! I want more!

afternoon ladies & gents,

the following are images of my meeting with THE LEGENDS, commonly known as U2. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!


Its not everyday the biggest band in the world does a book signing.

I got there at 4.30 am, fending off the annoyed expression of a fan who was there all night,,,,but alas, this sour experience was eliminated by MEETING U2!!!!!!!!!

All week, i've been pestering them to play Acrobat in Australia, where I'll be,, had a word in Edge's ear and I said I wanted Acrobat going into Dirty Day , and he said he'll write it down!

Bono said to me on Wednesday "anything's possible'', i wait with anticipation!!!!


I shook all of their hands, Larry has the firmest handshake out of all of them, must be all that drumming!! Coolest Man on the planet!!!
 
I love reading these stories! I'll never meet them, lol. Maybe one day, I guess I shouldn't give up... or something.

It's not all about the signatures, it's about the experience you get when you get something signed. THAT's what's irreplaceable, not the stupid signatures!

Habib, well done on getting into the book signing!! :)

Jo and I were tempted but the weather put us off and we had been so so lucky all last week!!!

I cannot belive a ebayer got into the signing - Larry would go mad if he knew!!! I hope no one buys that book.

Anyway it was great to meet you last week - have a fantastic time in Oz and I will be checking those set list threads for the premiere of Acrobat!!!
