Actually it really is. I'm really into symbolism and I just think that the image of the buffaloes running slowly over a cliff is so beautiful and so appropriate a symbol for AIDS...*sigh* There are a million and one things I could say about why this version of One is my favorite, but I will refrain. I just think it's a beautiful piece of film making and it has the power to make me sob every time I watch it.
