horse riders in New Year's Day?

The snowy New Year's Day has four guys on horse back, with guitars, drums and white flags at their backs - where those U2 or someone else?

Has anyone ever seen any of these guys on a horse? That would be good to see!

Those were four girls, I believe. They were bundled up so you couldn't tell the difference. Their record company didn't want them to ride horseback in case they got injured.. or something along those lines

In the conversations book Bono claims that in Ethiopia he had lots of trouble staying ON the horse he was riding... he talked about seeing woman breastfeeding their kids and doing other stuff and they laughed at him because he, in the first place, had an earring,long hair and a beard... and second he couldn't sit still on the horse and nearly fell off a few times...
