Not to be a poop, lol, but last year I gave up Interference for Lent and it was actually more difficult to get back into it than it was to leave (not because it's bad, it's like how Bono says it's harder to come back from touring than to get used to being away...)

Also, a boyfriend or love interest NOT Bono, Edge, Larry, or Adam helps a LOT!
