Who are the Gilmore Girls?

Gilmore Girls is a television show on the WB that I find amusing.

A few weeks ago, a character on the show was talking to a Congressman about Bono's trip to Africa with Paul O'Neill.

Last night one girl was talking about bands that are "all for one and one for all" and named U2. Then, later on, the Mom mentioned something about someone ruining her chances of meeting Bono (and she actually pronounced it right).

Clearly some writer for the show is u2 obsessed.
