getting the heck out of town!!

I'm getting the heck out of town Sunday. We are having a meeting of my medieval re-enactment group in Cullman, complete with fighters in shining armor, ladies-in-waiting (that'll include yours truly) in costumes, a procession with huge, beautiful banners, and other such wild and crazy stuff. I had a really tough week so now I'm ready to have fun!

I'm jealous I've been wanting to bust since like the week school started, lol! But I never have any time or money, hence the intense work schedule I'm leaving for Iowa on Wed. morning (after I pick out my new kitten!!!) so I guess 9 hrs in the car will have to count as my "road trip" for this semester.
