The second one.

The first one looks like it may be the same thing. The picture of Bono on the front cover looks exacty like the one on the back of the DVD that I have. The same artists are listed too.

I found these two dvd's on www.amazon.fr
I was searching for "From a Whisper To a Scream" and it found these two dvd's.
They write that the first dvd is from 4 november 2003 and the second (that one that you have) is from march 2001.
