Hey do they have a tape too I don't have a DVD player yet

Anybody know anything about this limited edition 2 CD set Best of or the free CD?

Best Buy online is also releasing it early so if you dont have a Best Buy near you, you can still get it early

I had one pre-ordered at amazon.com, and when I saw that you can get it earlier, I cancelled my order from amazon and went and bought it at best buy...lol...of course getting the DVD in December would probably have been better cause it would give me something to look forward to after the concert on the 1st.

Sorry, Samantha but it's only on DVD, but it's the same concert they're gonna be showing on VH1 on Friday night so you can tape it from there.....

The only 2-CD set of the Best of is the 1st disc is all their singles & the 2nd disc is a bunch of B-Sides.. Is that the one you're talking about?

I looked at the ad in the newspaper today that mentioned the DVD going on Sale the day after Thanksgiving and that if you have DirectTV, December is U2 month. They will be playing the concert all month!!

What a great Christmas gift. I am not sure about the CD that is being released. I have seen several e-mails announcing that they will be giving the CD away at the stores the day after Thanksgiving. It is suppose to contain a few live tracks. If I can find the e-mail that states this information, I will post it...

Here is the e-mail I received about the CD giveaway at Best Buy. So everyone get up early the day after Thanksgiving and get to your local BestBuy and get your free U2 CD:

EXCLUSIVE CD at BEST BUY

Best Buy stores in the U.S. will be giving away an exclusive, limited
edition U2 CD on Friday, November 23rd. The CD will reportedly include three
live songs, and the giveaway is being done to help promote Best Buy's
two-week exclusive window for selling the Elevation Tour 2001: U2 Live In
Boston video and the VH-1 airing of the Elevation concert that night. Best
Buy stores will open early on the 23rd (the day after Thanksgiving when
nearly all retailers open earlier than usual), and CDs will be given to each
person as they enter the store while supplies last. (Note: this promotion
has been confirmed in person at two Best Buy stores, one on each coast. If
interested, check your local Best Buy for participation. Thanks to Gene for

I was lookin through the ads this morning...I'm gonna RUN out and get the 2-cd best of. All I have is my brother's burned copy of the b-sides....I want my own!

ok well i went to the Best buy website, and i tried to order the dvd, and fill in my postal code, but it wouldnt work (because its CANADIAN!!) ugh.

My mom just told me that Best Buy is gonna be selling the U2 concert DVD on Tuesday before everyone else does in December!

I know I'm reacting a little crazy, but I've been waiting for this thing to come ever since I heard about it in June!
