Actually in Italy alchoholic drinks and cigarette cannot be sold to lads under age 16...but, you know, unfortunately this law is too simply to avoid...
anyway I wouldn't worry about jojo: her family was there and I see no harm in drinking a sip of wine at a birthday's party

I said that because i saw a little girl in a resturant drinking wine in Italy but that was 7 years ago things could have changed!
