did anybody get a copy of propaganda in the mail recently

I havent ever received 1 then out of the blue I get a envelope from them with a white cover propaganda magazine mainly talking about last years tour

uhm anybody else get this and could might tell me whats the story behind why it came out of the blue ?

There was a very large gap between the most recent copy we received and the one before that. Over a year, I believe.
