It is indeed "Sun City" from the masterful album of the same name whose video and title song (Sun City) helped to fuel the international movement against apartheid in South Africa and paved the way for Nelson Mandela's release from prison and to election as South Africa's first president after apartheid!

It was quite a powerful song and video in the 1980's.
