Can anyone design a logo?

Moderator's hi. I'm looking for some aid and asking if there's anyone here that can design logos. Basically I'm looking for a catchy logo for Hanover Quay. Hopefully you'll deem this post alright as I'm not plugging anything, just looking for assistance from fellow fans that may have graphic design skills.
