Bono's jackets

Has anyone ever figured out how many different jackets Bono wore during the Elevation tour???

I've seen him in at least 4 different kinds. It's always the same sort of leather jacket but it's always a bit different. I've seen it with a red stripe on the sleeves, a white stripe and even a golden one. Sometimes it has a red star on his chest...

What's the story behind this one??? Anyone?

There's at least 4 or 5, for sure. Just in concert I've seen one with a gold dove (? or some type of bird) on the back, one with a black panther on the back, the red star, the one with the white entwined stripes, and several more I can't remember.
