I don't know who the girl is, but the picture was taken at the back of the Joyce Center at Notre Dame University. I recognized it cause I stood there for an hour waiting for U2 to come out and talk to us. They didn't make it, but Dallas came out and showed us Edge's guitar from the "Still haven't found..." video. He let us strum it and gave us Bono, Edge and Adam guitar picks. Very cool fellow indeed.
