Bono in a suit pictures

I have always wondered when is the picture from. Bono looks there like he looked in the Achtung Baby era but I don't think I have seen him using that rosary at that time ever. So it could be from the ATYCLB era, specially cause the hair is the same. But then again there's something on that picture that says 1991.... Does anyone know?

That pic is without question from 2001, it was a dinner for Bono at Harvard to salute his help in debt relief. I have other pics of it:

It's the lack of sunglasses. Plus, he was dying his hair blackish/dark brown in 2001, and in a black and white photo, that certainly looks early 90's.
