Those first two pics are SAD. You can see where Bono is bald around the places where he tried to save his hair. He looks mangy. If he'd grow it longer- even an inch or two- you wouldn't notice the bare spots.:|
 
Aww don't be mean to our man Bono. We are all getting older and that is just a fact of life.

He is so not bald there! He has tiny miniature cowlicks that have separated his hair giving away to the illusion of bald spots.
Actually, he could be completely bald for all I care. He's still the sexiest man on the planet.
Seriously though, I've seen many a pic from that same time period, and there were no bald spots. He's simply having a bad hair day!
 
he's not bald...his hair is just spiked up in the front. My husband does the same thing, it just looks like he has patches of hair....but never mind his hair...HER smile is freaking me out:yikes:
 
Trust me, having met him in November, and stood no further than 1 foot away from him while talking, he is absolutely NOT going bald. I find that different products in hair can cause different illusions. Sometimes if I rush doing my hair, the product can make it look thin and show scalp (not good on a girl!). I think that is all that has happened in these pics.
And anyway, so what if he is going bald or thinning, doesn't change who he is, and why I like the guy! :D

As per my pictures below, the man is not bald nor is he balding.

You have no idea how hot this man is until you stand next to him or are touching him. There is an auora around him that is unbelievably strong.


I think its great how these two have remained friends over the years. I would love to see pictures of her wedding and Bono walking her down the aisle.

Thanks for the pics! :hmm: My husband's hair looks just like that before he comes through the hair gel...and it's so thick he has to have it thinned when he gets it cut. :shrug:

But, uh, what's with Ed's beard? Does he have it for a role? I like him clean-shaven. :wink:

After three years, two engagements, and one breakup, actor/writer/director Edward Burns finally married retired supermodel Christy Turlington on Saturday. According to the San Francisco Chronicle, the nuptials took place before a reportedly small group of family and high-powered friends, including Sting and Vin Diesel, with U2's Bono giving away the Galliano-gowned bride (her father passed away two years ago).Burns, 35, and Turlington, 34, met three years ago at a charity event. Within six months, they were engaged, but they postponed their wedding, set for October 2001, in the wake of the 9/11 attacks.
 
Bono actually escorted Christy down the aisle. Christy's father actually died of lung cancer two years ago, so he stepped in there. It was a beautiful wedding. She wore a white Galliano (ph) gown with a veil. And they are both Catholic, so it was a Catholic ceremony.

Rocker Bono escorted supermodel Christy Turlington down the aisle on Saturday as she married actor Edward Burns. The U2 star also treated wedding guests to a live performance during the wedding reception in San Francisco. The glamorous pair tied the knot in a Roman Catholic ceremony after a rocky road to the altar. They had originally planned to marry in 2001 but the terrorist attacks of September 11 caused them to delay proceedings. Shortly after they split up, but eventually rekindled the romance. Other guests at the glitzy ceremony included singer Sting and XXX star Vin Diesel.

The wedding was in June of 2003.
