I didn't think they would be there. Thank goodness I turned from the boring football game over to the Golden Globes! I missed the first 45 minutes, so as I was doing laundry and just glancing at the t.v. I saw Bono talking to Arnold either before or just after a break. 
I was way too excited that they won!
I really thought it wouldn't happen.
Fell asleep on the couch and missed the introduction speech for GoNY!!!! 
woke up and the whole thing is over.

AH! I had totally forgotten about them! I knew EXACTLY where to find some great pics and a re-cap of what happened - PLEBA, of course! You guys rock!
However, I must confess that I would not have been all that disappointed if U2 had lost to Eminem. "Lose Yourself" made me look at Eminem in a whole different light and the lyrics to that song positively give me chills. While I don't agree with a lot of his lyrics, I gotta admit that guy has talent.

I almost didn't watch the Golden Globes but I read the posts about it here and I decided to tune in. I'm soooooo glad I did!
E! just had an interview with B & E--they looked sooooo good and seemed happy, as well they should be.
And all of the pictures here are just too cute!
