well, there is a general manager, of course--paul mcguinness..and rocco reedy is the stage manager, plus there are other folks in charge of production, design, sound, lighting, etc. i can't think of one person in charge of the entire tour other than Paul Mc... it's a group effort. Call Principle in NYC, I guess.
