Where are the Canadian Dates?

Ok where the hell are the Canadian dates? I know about Vancouver, but what about TO? I was expecting those dates to be put up today. Please tell me something good, give me some hope! What's this stuff about having till Friday? Thank you!

You dont need to clarify. The majority of Canadian dates are now on the 3rd leg. Those dates havent even been released yet.
