When was Elevation stage setup released?

Does anyone remember this? Was it known before the opening show? If so, was it released officially by U2 or was it leaked by and inside source?

Yes, it was known well before, can't quite remember how far...but even Bono mentioned a lot of the details at the press conference announcing the tour. Adam's reaction was rather flat.

As far as I can recall - the band announced that there would be a General Admission area and hinted that the stage would go into the audience and that it was going to be 'scaled down' but images or phots reached the public until after the tour started.

I had searched long and hard, however into my sources and was not able to find any construction shots until the opener...
