what's with the delay to willie's diaries?

the diaries have seemed to be slow all tour so far, but u2.com quotes willies "latest diary entry" about the poland show on wednesday, and on thursday it is still not on-line. if they have the diaries earlier, why are they not posted? no obvious answers like u2.com sucks please.
