Hi
I ordered my tickets for Anaheim almost 9 hours ago and still don't get the email with my tickets (just the email with my order). Should I worry (more)?

Anyone in the same situation? when did you get you email with actual tickets?

Usually takes a few hours while they vet your order (make sure you didn't go over your ticket limit).

You should be able to check the status of your order on ticketmaster.com.
 
You can check the status (whether they've been sent already, whether there still in progress).

During the presale I've received the pdf files within the hour, on the general sale I received them within about 3 hours.

I would definately go to the order status page and press the link that shows your order to see what the status says on the top.

BAW's....we received the notification but no tickets yet....
then I got 4 at LA and received my tickets within 2 hours....
 
I would get your confirmation number and give TM a call. I had the same thing happen to me for another show and it took a few calls before the email got sent.
 
Mine came like 10 minutes after I ordered them. I'd give them a call.

odd status considering it's ticketfast.

no call hours, so I sent them an email.

What status do you have after you received the tickets?

yeah, that's what it will say after they've been emailed. Did you confirm on that order that it says Ticketfast as the mailing option?
 
thank God I called...
they said my card had a billing address error and they would cancel the order by tomorrow. :no:
everything's ok and I got my tickets.
