The Lottery / Europe

Perhaps they will give out the 200 numbers when there are only a few hundred there, or really early like 10am so only the people who turned up early get a chance anyway.....

Any ideas what they will do in Europe (Stadiums) when there are probably 10,000 people on the floor??
