Thanks for being guinea pigs

I know this doesn't mean much. But thanks to all the people who have been frustrated throughout this process and forcing the parties involved to seek remedies to the problems. My presale for Vancouver has not even been announced yet but hopefully many of the hiccups will be solved by then.

Once again thanks for trying to get things fixed and you have my sympathies for all your frustrations.
