I'm sorry you're having problems. Most of the posts I've read indicate people got the exact tickets they want. BostonAnne and I received great seated tickets right by the stage. Many others got the GA's (including a coworker) they were seeking.

I guess I didn't clarify my friends want the "cheap" tickets either GA floor or somewhere in the nosebleeds but even those suck.
I keep getting the sides of the venue where I know I can't really see the band. I'll keep trying.
