U2 pick up gong at World Music Awards

U2 picked up the award for the World's Best-Selling Rock Artist at the World Music Awards in Hollywood last night.

Rapper 50 Cent was named World's Best-Selling Pop Male Artist.

It totally baffles me that noone seems to have been able to find out whether U2 were at that event or not I guess that means, they weren't...

They weren't. I friend of mine is a Destiny's Child fan - she watched and didn't see any of the guys there.

Neutral - I don't mind the folks in here changing the subject. I'm getting a kick out of what this is turning into.

Being a drummer, I wish they'd play Acrobat too. My seats in LA are behind Larry - I'd probablly poop my shorts if they played that.
