I've been a Prop member since 1987. I have never had a problem with getting tickets through Propaganda. This is the VERY FIRST time I was unable to get good seats. FANFIRE will never return calls/emails! The good ol' days of Propaganda are long gone.

I got my new code and email. Phew! I test ed it out...checking what seats I would get if I were to buy right now. I was able to pull GA for the show in MI. But I am saving this for Miami. Glad that for now it seems things are working out.

Be persistent in calling Fanfire. AND if you did use your initial code for the first leg..make sure they reissue you a new code.

I want to personally thank all of you. I was really upset about missing the presale yesterday after having been a prop boy since 96 and a .com boy since december and finally after my 7th call I got someone last night and they squared it for me.

The thanks is because as I was emailing frantic contact people at fanfire it ocurred to me that I bet our community here had a post or two with others of you in my boat and you did and you all helped me and told me what to do and the day was saved when I got my Dalllas tickets today. All I care about is beig in the builing for a U2 gig, I am not fussy about how close. Being there they can reach you in the back they are so powerful.

got code - is it a prop code??

I finally got my code after 3 calls and a lot of help!! YEAH!! Since I've already gotten tickets for the 1st leg and they've issued me a new code (not the same as last code) am I correct in assuming that this can be used for the propaganda presale (I was a propaganda member and they verified it but I have nothing that says... "as a former propaganda member here is your presale code for propaganda")

forget it... fanfire screwed me... i've been in prop since '97... no answer on the phone, no new code, no presale tickets... fuck this process... fuck 'em and feed 'em beans... i don't even want to go anymore...

sweetest_thing8..I am hoping it is for Prop. I mean, I got the same response as you..new code. They say I'm on the prop. list and will be given back the extra $20 I spent for u2.com

So I believe we are set. I tested the code to see if it worked (did not buy) and I was pulling up tickets. So I think we should be fine. The eternal optimist in me overules. hehe.

I bet the phone line is a lot less busy today. Assuming some cities add dates, an additional Propaganda pre-sales is possible. Besides, there are future tours to think about.

If you were a Prop member, I would not give up, I had to call numerous times, I barely got my status fixed.

Unless they say, "our fan club specialist checked the Prior Propaganda list and nobody with your prior address or name is on the list", I would keep trying.

If they do say the above, it is not FanFire's fault, they only have the list that was given to them. It is a problem that lies on Propaganda's end. I have no idea how to resolve a problem on that level, but I imagine somebody is in that boat and will eventually find out.

I would say that any past ticket presale documentation/letters, Propaganda magazines are the key evidence that you will need to build your case.
