Manchester Lower Tier

I have seen several GA tickets for sale on EBay that mention also being able to sit in the lower tier if you don't want to stand on the pitch.

However, there are also other Ebay auctions for reserved seating in the lower tier.

Which is right ? Or is the lower tier half and half ??

Errr....

As far as i'm aware, the only 'reserved' seating at the city of manchester is on the 2nd and 3rd tier. Therefore the lower tier seats are accessible to the GA ticket holders.

Correct me if i'm wrong....
