Lottery for the bomb shelter in europe

I see u2 have said they will continue to use their lottery system for getting into the bomb shelter,elipse thingy ,will this include the european shows as i was planning to get in line nice and early but am having second thoughts about it now what chance have you got if you purchased your g/a ticket when they went on general sale

The U2.com FAQ indicates that this policy will continue in the foreseeable future, so one can assume it will also be in place in Europe.
