Off Topic - I have something like 20 pounds of peaches from a peach picking trip yesterday before the nasty storm hit - I have no idea why at the time 20 lbs sounded like an okay idea:|

so right now I'm eating peaches

peach cobbler
peach preserves (no, never mind...exploding jars and all that)
peach chutney
peach salsa

That's alot of peaches...
Just think of all the stuff you can make with them:
canned peaches, stewed peaches, peach cobbler, peach crisp, peach pie, peach preserves, peach smoothies...
