Is it too late to join U2.com?

I've seen posts on here saying that you don't even need a code for the presale (I'm looking at St. Louis presale this week). That a link is posted on U2.com after you login, taking you to the ticketmaster pre-sale link?

If this is the case, I'll sign up today, and login to the pre-sale on Wednesday?

I didn't join U2.com because I didn't think they'd be coming to St. Louis, but now they are, I'm willing to pay the extra $100 (2 U2.com memberships) - I need for GAs for my family (wife and 2 kids).

Any thoughts or suggestions?

You can join, but you won't be getting a presale code. The membership will just give you full access to the site. Sorry! They already have way too members.

Unfortunately, it says right at the top of the "Subscribe" page that they cannot issue anymore presale codes...

I also didn't join awhile ago, especially after the 1st presale. But you can still get fairly good tickets for the shows even without the presale codes.
