E Tickets

Hi everyone,
I have an oportunity to purchase 2 tickets for the Philly show on the 16th. However they are E tickets that this woman has. She is selling them for face value, but I am a little leary for some reason. I have never see or dealt with an E ticket. Is there anything in particular I should look out for before I make the exchange. I am meeting her in person but I am definately not educated on the E ticket. Any info would be appreciated.

If you buy them, be at the arena very early and get in as soon as the doors open. If multiple copies have been printed up only the first person to use them will be allowed in.
