just listening to a boot of the first sau paulo show, and i gotta say bono sounds astonishing, theres just a very clear melody in his voice now, and you can even hear him singing along to the "and its you when i look in the mirror..." line in sometimes,

i agree the performances are great. even wowy really takes off and he absolutely nails the falsetto too. somehow i'm not that into the sound quality though. it's good but some parts sound distorted and kind of "sterile" for lack of a better word. if you listen to the stockholm 92 or leeds 97 boots, you can tell that those are far superior. not complaining, but it would be awesome if that kind of quality ever showed up. maybe the dvd will.
