I was hanging out at the back of the ellipse across the way from 2 of my friends on the outer ellipse, but hef4u2 kindly informed me that I could be second row near Adam where he was standing near the far right and after some more mentions of the name Adam, I decided maybe I could try that... Well, hef4u2 was right about there being no one there and on top of that, they had plenty of room to let me be on the rail. Thank you guys! That was unexpected, unnecessary and much appreciated :hug:

Oh and Gabe, sorry we left Kells. We hit a wall. Was waiting to hear from you, but since I didnt I went to bed for all of an hour before going to the airport :crack:

Her and her dad were right behind us in line. At around 5:00 PM I asked the people I was with if they knew whether Sydney and her dad were aware of the possibility of kids getting in to the ellipse. We told them and they had not heard of this previously. After some coaching from us and instructing Sydney to pout we wished them luck. Not sure if they scanned in or what, but I was soooooooo happy to see her up there. She was one cool dudette... I kept shouting that's my girrrrrrrrrrrrl!!!

I'm so pissed I missed the @u2 party. :mad: We barely made it into Portland with the ice storm, and barely made it even into the hotel parking lot. I wasn't about to drive again, we couldn't get through to call a taxi, and we tried waiting for the Max, but it was freaking cold out there!

Then we ran into all these people who said how fun it was. :|
