I am curious if anyone met the band in Pittsburgh? I waited by the ramp from about 2-5:15pm in the rain. I asked a person from security where the band was. She said they were in the air and probably wouldn't land until 5:30pm. I went back to my room and changed out of my wet clothes. I didn't get back to the arena until around 7pm.

I am just wondering if anyone saw the band come and if they stopped to greet fans and sign autographs?

i saw the motorcade come by a little after 6....i didnt see the band though. someone on here said something about Bono being ill? He certainly didnt seem ill to me!

So, the band really did arrive in those buses that came at 6:15-6:30? Shit, that's really late. I thought maybe those were some crew members or something.

i think that was damien marley. i saw a bunch of jamacian dudes getting off the buses. the motorcade consisted of like 8 cars, all black, 4 of them suv's. they were escorted by the country sheriffs

The one bus was Damian Marleys, I could see a guy with a jamaican hat on, I think that was the 2nd one, I couldnt see into the first. But that was still messed up that we didnt go in till 630 in Philly we were in at before 6.

yeah , at Penn and DC Bono said he was sick

I was #7 in GA line right at the drive where the buses came in, U2 were not on those buses, it was definitely Damian Marley. I think the boys came in thru some other gate, I was there the entire afternoon and no Bono & Co.

Yes, Bono did appear less than his jovial self on Friday night at Penn.

So he very well could have been feeling under the weather.

All the rain and cold in the Northeast during U2's appearances there very well could have put him under the weather.

FEEL BETTER BONO SOON!
