Transportation to N.J. shows

Any New York City peeps travelling to the New Jersey Shows?

What kind of public transporation is available? How frequent are the busses to and from there at the Meadowlands? I wann know how other folks who live in NYC are getting to these shows.

CAA is only 2 levels, it's small...MSG is 4 levels
