time to make the line

Hi. I'm from Chile and Im Travelling to Londo to see U2. I want to know, from you , european fans at what time should I be in the waiting line. I got Floor tickets. In my country we wait in line for obout 4 hours before they open the gates, but I dont know how is like in the first world.
