ticketmaster will-call question

Hey, girlfriend got tickets to a show in Toronto on the 17th, but when she was marking the ticketmaster form she clicked Will-call... Now I know this is the box office at the arena but I was wondering if you can get the tickets from the arena box office whenever you like .... or must you pick them up the day of the show from the arena box office???

generally it must be the day of the show, but I've heard some venues let you pick them up earlier but just days earlier, you should call the venue and check.

each venue is different. Call their box office. Many you can get them anytime they're open. Others, like the Pond coming up Fri/Sat, its at a certain time only on the day of the show. I've been to arenas all over the U.S., and they're all different with re. to when they'll let you get those, which they shouldn't be, there should be a standard policy, and that is you can get them anytime they're open.
