I have a feeling that the band did intervene with the Sao Paulo shows and forced the promoter to eliminate charging US $440 for the floor tickets in the Hot Area (inside the ellipse type area).

I am a journalist and I went to the press conference yesterday. I am quite sure they "leaked" the USD 400/hot area info. on purpose to get to know what the reaction would be. They went on saying that was just crazy rumours, but it was funny to see how the describtions of the areas - hot emotion, hot area, and on and on - matched, word per word, the ones that were on that "false" release. Apart from that, the regular prices were a bit higher from the ones that were expected. So, I think they covered up their previous profit from the hot area, by splitting in all places.
